1. Estate Sales: If you have lost a loved one and are responsible for the clearance of property, an auction is the fastest most complete way to accomplish this. Merchandise is sold to the highest bidder. Auctions can be held on or off site. For off site sales, the auction company's competent employees will box and transfer the merchandise to a site where the auction will be held.
2. Moving Sales: Relocation can be an excellent time to "clean out the attic, basement, garage, spare room, etc." If you are faced with relocating and don't want to take it all with you then the auction company can sell your merchandise for you. Who needs the hassle of a "garage sale" while trying to pack for a move?
3. Moving: Need help with your move, we do that to, we will pack, load and move your personal belongings to your new location.
4. Cleaning Service: We offer cleaning services for our customers who have moved and need a complete house cleaning and those who just need a helping hand getting things back in order.
For the security of the seller, the buyer and the auction company, each sale is video taped so that there is never a question as to what an item sold for or who bought it.
